Yes, this one has a lil’ razzle dazzle to it. This is a Reflection exercise:

  • Go for a walk and take some pictures of what mother nature provided for you today. When you get back, reflect on your photos and what comes up for you.

  • Open a window and look at or listen to what mother nature provided for you today. Reflect on what comes up for you.

  • Go for a ride around the block. When you get back, reflect on what you saw, heard, or felt while outside.

*Whatever your abilities are, take advantage of whatever your surroundings are and reflect on what comes up based on your senses.
