FAQs

  • At this time my practice is fully virtual. I use a HIPAA compliant platform to conduct telemental health services so that your information remains safe, confidential, and protected.

  • Yes, I hold a California license which means I can only see California residents. Additionally, you must confirm that you are in the state of California at the time of service per legal requirements.

  • Yes, I am in network with:

    • Blue Shield of California

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • Anthem Blue Cross California

    • Quest Behavioral Health

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

  • Individual, Couples, and Family therapy.

  • Depending on the terms of your insurance coverage, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for knowing the terms of your insurance coverage.

  • Potential risks and limitations of telehealth may include: technical failures; interruption by unauthorized persons; unauthorized access to transmitted and/or stored confidential information; and decreased availability of the therapist in the event of a crisis.
